How do I start remembering?
One of the most important aspects of this remembering is to connect in with your body and get out of your head.
We are all so caught up in our heads and the 'busyness' of life that we forget to feel the feelings and process the things that happen in our lives - the good, the bad and the ugly.
And what happens next? You're pushing on, working harder than ever but feeling lost, disillusioned or maybe even empty. Then you sit down to watch a movie and next thing you know you are crying uncontrollably because a scene triggered something you've never really dealt with.

A Swamp is an embodiment tool that is a way to move anger, rage, grief, sadness etc through your body and then bring you back to your most radiant self.
A swamp is generally three songs that bring up the following emotions: Rage, Grief and Radiance. You can swamp on a particular topic or an event - you decide this before you start.

A swamp is generally three songs that bring up the following emotions: Rage, Grief and Radiance. You can swamp on a particular topic or an event - you decide this before you start.
- RAGE: feel that anger and rage in your body and then move it through your body. You could punch a pillow, scream, throw a tantrum like a two year old.
- GRIEF: Quite often under our Rage sits Grief. Feel that sadness and move your body in the way that it wants to move with it. You might need to cry or not. There is no right or wrong, just do what feels right for you.
- RADIANCE: To bring ourselves back from the Rage, the Grief, back to our true authentic lit up selves. Feel the music. Move your hips. Run your hands over your body. Bring yourself back to the light, back to your brilliant inner radiance.
